TASTING NOTES :
Color:  Deep, intense, purple color. 
Nose: : Impressive seductive blackberry and cassis fruits jam. 
Palate: Full body wine with spicy palate, intense chocolate and mint flavor and toasty oak tannins. 
Serving temperature:  Drink at 16ºC to 18ºC (61ºF to 64ºF) 
Food pairing:  Recommended with roasted meat, game, rich pasta sauces, barbecued steaks and ripe cheeses.
