Fantini Gran Cuvee Bianco Swarovski Spumante
The grapes, coming from the oldest vineyards, have been harvested manually at the height of ripeness. After a careful selection they undergo a crushing de-stemming followed by a short cold maceration with the skins, finally a very soft pressing takes place. The must obtained after static defecation, ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C. After 3 months of refinement on the fine lees, frothing takes place in small steel autoclaves according to the Charmat method.

Tasting Notes :
Brilliant color of a very light straw. Complex with a wide range of aromas ranging from green citrus to floral hints, all amplified by fine and persistent perlage. On the palate it is elegant, mineral, sapid, fresh and very well balanced.
