FIUZA SAUVIGNON BLANC

Century old Fiuza makes wines that are food friendly, complex, made from indigenous Portuguese 
varieties and also international grapes. Our vision is to make wines that embody the essence and tradition of Tejo Region but also appeal to modern wine lovers.

Our Fiuza Sauvignon Blanc belongs to our collection of single varietal wines and it expresses the 
best characteristics of this grape. Fiuza was pioneer in introducing French grapes in Portugal having some of the oldest vines of this grape variety.

TASTING NOTES :
Color:  Yellow citrus. 
Nose:  Slightly herbaceous and tropical fruit aromas. 
Palate: Passion fruit and subtle herbaceousness. The wine is mouth filling with good texture and long finishes with cleansing acidity. 
Serving temperature:  Drink at 11ºC to 13ºC (52ºF to 55ºF) 
Food pairing: Enjoy as an aperitif and recommended with grilled fish, seafood or light dishes.
