The Musar Jeune Red is a blend of old vines Cinsault (50%), Syrah (35%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (15%) from our organically certified vineyards, all harvested in September. The wines fermented in concrete vats at a temperature between 27 and 29 degrees Celsius, they were not filtered or fined and the sedimentation occurred naturally. Blending of the 3 varieties took place in March, it rested in concrete vats again until being bottled in the summer.

Musar Jeune Red is an unoaked blend of Cinsault, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon from youthful Bekaa Valley vines. Inky-dark, silky-textured and aromatic, with blackcurrant, raspberry and cherry jam flavours and a warm, spicy finish, it has been likened to a fine Roussillon red.
