Born into a family of winemakers since 1800, Deny Noël and his son cultivate their vineyards with passion. Deny started working on the field from an early age. He is joined by his son, after university studies in economics.

Chateau Tour St. Germain Cuvee Elegance is the Château Tour Saint Germain Bordeaux starts out with a smoke and earth driven nose that gives in to ripening black, sweet cherries. Because this wine is aged in 80% French oak and 20% American oak, there are lovely spice notes and well integrated tannins that provide a supple and round mouthfeel. A finish of tart cranberry adds balanced acidity that makes for a wine that can hold its own in the cellar for years to come.
